Synchronised docs and metadata with the problem specifications using
configlet sync, and updated links in the trackREADME.md.I excluded the Queen Attack exercise, because the updated instructions are inconsistent with the current implementation of the exercise in this track.I appended track-specific instructions for the Queen Attack exercise, to explain that it is implemented using one-indexed coordinates.
